-The sale will be made without legal warranty, at the buyer's risk and peril;
-Any promise to purchase must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to the higher of the following amounts
2,000.00 or 2% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, payable by certified cheque to Étude Coulombe Dubé, Huissiers.
Coulombe Dubé, Huissiers de justice, and forwarded to the bailiff with the accepted offer to purchase:
- At the signing of the deed of sale, this sum will be deducted from the sale price or, in the event of the buyer's unjustified refusal to pay, will be deducted from the purchase price.
